Welcome to EasierIT Technologies’ Image Uploading Service (“Service”). By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the EasierIT Technologies Image Uploading Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Our Image Uploading Service allows users to upload and store images on Linden Lab servert. Uploaded images may be used for various purposes inside Second Life™.
3. User Responsibilities
a. Content Ownership: You retain ownership and responsibility for the images you upload to the Service. EasierIT Technologies does not claim ownership over any images you upload.
b. Copyright and Permissions: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use and upload the images to our Service. You must not upload copyrighted, trademarked, or unauthorized content.
c. Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, share, or store images that are illegal, infringing, obscene, offensive, or harmful. EasierIT Technologies reserves the right to ban and raport you for any content that violates these guidelines or law.
4. Linden Lab’s Terms of Service
In addition to EasierIT Technologies’ Terms of Service, you are also required to comply with the Terms of Service set forth by Linden Lab, the creator of Second Life and other virtual world platforms. These terms can be found at: Linden Lab Terms of Service
5. Data Security and Privacy
a. Data Security: EasierIT Technologies employs industry-standard security measures to protect your uploaded images and personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
b. Privacy: Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information and data. By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscription Plans and Usage
a. Unlimited Plan: We offer an unlimited plan that allows users to upload images for far play use within the virtual worlds we support. “Far play use” refers to the number of textures upload per hour, day and month use of images within virtual environments (more info in world).
b. Plan Limitations: Different subscription plans are available, each with its own limitations on the number of images that can be uploaded. Please refer to our in world store for detailed information about each plan’s limits.
7. Pay-as-You-Go Option
a. Per Photo Pricing: We offer a pay-as-you-go option for users who wish to upload images on a per-photo basis. Each photo upload is priced at 1L$.

9. Changes to Terms
EasierIT Technologies reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
EasierIT Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Image Uploading Service at its discretion, especially in cases of violation of these Terms of Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where EasierIT Technologies is registered.
